Saxony is a large mixed-use community in Fishers with single-family homes, townhomes and villas, and the HOA is different depending on which section you buy in. Here is how the past year of sales and fees look.
In the last 12 months, 29 homes sold in Saxony in Fishers. The median sale price was $410,000, and the middle half of sales landed between about $390,000 and $505,000. Prices ran from $245,000 to $651,000, and the homes ranged from about 1,260 to 5,060 sq ft.
MLS records 25 of the sales under Saxony and 4 under Parkside Towns At Saxony. The wide range in size and the different HOA setups are what make Saxony hard to summarize with a single number, so compare within the type of home you are considering.
| Sales, past 12 months | 29 |

Data note: Sales figures are summarized from MIBOR MLS closed sales in the 12 months before November 2026 and are not a valuation of any one home. HOA details come from recent listings and can change, so confirm with the association before you buy.
The median home sold for $410,000. The lowest sale was $245,000 and the highest was $651,000, and median price per square foot was about $167. Townhomes and smaller attached homes pull the low end of the range, while the larger single-family homes are at the top.
With a 29-sale sample split across several home types, the neighborhood-wide median is only a starting point. Ask for the sales for the same style and size you are looking at.
The listings I reviewed showed several different setups. One showed $31 per month. Another showed $154 per month. Two showed $236 per month, and those included snow removal and common area maintenance, with one also listing lawn care and exterior building maintenance, which fits a townhome or villa section. Management on those listings included AMI, Kirkpatrick Management and Blue Sky.
Because Saxony has several sub-associations, confirm which association applies to the address and what it covers.
One listing showed a pool as an amenity, and others referenced covenants and restrictions and rules and regulations. I have not read the association documents, so ask for the covenants, the budget and any rental or exterior-change rules before you write an offer.
I read the Saxony Master Declaration, recorded in 2002 by the original developer. Saxony is built as a traditional neighborhood, so design review plays a bigger role than in most subdivisions.
Saxony also has separate declarations for its townhomes, cottages and carriage homes. If you are looking at one of those, ask for that document too.
This summary is from a courtesy copy of the recorded documents. Later amendments and current association rules were not reviewed, and any of these provisions may have been changed, so confirm with the association before you buy.
A note from Ryan: I put this guide together from MLS sales and listing data, because most neighborhood pages online are auto-generated and skip the part that matters: the real numbers and what to confirm. If I got something wrong or out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
Over the last 12 months, 29 homes sold in Saxony with a median sale price of $410,000, ranging from $245,000 to $651,000 (MIBOR data, November 2026).

It is a large community with several sections and sub-associations, including townhome areas such as Parkside Towns At Saxony, so prices and dues differ by section.
At least one listing showed a pool, but amenities depend on the section. Confirm access for the address you are considering.
