West Harbour is one of the more affordable ways into the Harbour area of Noblesville, with sales from $275,000 to $425,000 in the past year. Here is what the sales and the HOA look like.
In the last 12 months, 6 homes sold in West Harbour. Prices ran from $275,000 to $425,000, with a median of about $402,500, and the homes were between 1,618 and 2,321 sq ft. Median price per square foot was about $197.
West Harbour is a separate association from North Harbour and South Harbour. Six sales is a small sample, so treat these numbers as a snapshot, not a trend.

Data note: Sales figures are summarized from MIBOR MLS closed sales in the 12 months before November 2026 and are not a valuation of any one home. HOA details come from recent listings and can change, so confirm with the association before you buy.
Four of the six sales were between $395,000 and $425,000, and the other two were at $275,000 and $334,900. The lower sales were the smaller homes. At the median, buyers paid about $197 per square foot, which is higher than some of the older Noblesville neighborhoods because the homes here are mid-sized.
The listings I reviewed showed a mandatory fee of $530 per year, managed by Trent Management. The fee covers the association, insurance and maintenance of common areas, the park and playground, and tennis courts. Covenants and restrictions apply. Confirm the current amount and ask for the documents before you write an offer.
West Harbour’s 1979 declaration sets a minimum annual charge of $120 per lot, which the association board can raise. It says campers, trailers and boats may not be parked on any street or lot, and trucks of one ton or larger cannot be left overnight where neighbors or the street can see them. Fences and other structures need approval from the development committee for size, location, height and materials, and temporary structures such as tents or outbuildings are not allowed. The documents I reviewed do not include a leasing rule, so ask the association directly if you plan to rent the home. Rules can change by amendment, so confirm the current version.
Listed amenities included a pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, a park and a playground. Trent Management also appears on North Harbour and South Harbour listings, but the three Harbour areas have separate associations with different dues, so look at each one on its own.
A note from Ryan: I put this guide together from MLS sales and listing data, because most neighborhood pages online are auto-generated and skip the part that matters: the real numbers and what to confirm. If I got something wrong or out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
